THE GRCP BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Trustees shall be responsible for and provide oversight for the overall management (including fiscal and administrative) of the Corporation, fulfill its Mission and appoint the Executive Committee in the manner authorized by the Bylaws in order to assist in the administration of the Trustees duties and responsibilities. The Board of Trustees consists of 9 Trustees, including the Mayor, four trustees appointed by the Mayor, and four trustees elected by the pool membership, one of which shall serve as President of the Executive Committee as well as trustee. The Board meeting schedule will be determined according the needs of the pool.
